Ellison Helmsman was founded in 2016 in Midland, Texas. In 2019, the company’s principal office was relocated to Corpus Christi. The company is led by Josh Henderson, CEO, who is a licensed Texas attorney and Raenor Burton Parker, COO. Since 2016 the company has continued to work with clients in a wide variety of industries and in multiple regions. The company’s chief focus is curating tailored plans for maximization of individual and organizational efficiency.
